Here's the thing... resistance shows up when your ego can feel you are making changes, growing, expanding, evolving...this is not a sign it's not working, this is not a sign to stop, it's the opposite. Your ego is designed to keep you safe, nice, and comfy cozy in your comfort zone (where nothing grows). This is where most people stop, give up, and revert back.... Reminder: when you do something new when you move outside your comfort zone, it's going to feel UNCOMFORTABLE, that's the point, you’ve never been here before. feelings of discomfort are not a stop sign!
