In Episode 83 we discuss the recent 2/22/22 portal and how the only way we can recognize and fully integrate an energetic shift is to stop and be in stillness. I talk about how last week's show about grief led me to the realization that grief and joy are linked. The heaviness and darkness of grief can be expanded back into joy through the experience of unconditional love.
