In Episode 849, we provide pure opinions, comments and speculation regarding an update as to matter styled as Rebecca Scofield v. Ashley Guillard that has been pending in Idaho federal court since December 21, 2022. As matters speed toward trial in February 2026, the defense has not filed anything since September 23, 2025 with multiple deadlines for filing crucial matters have come and gone with another deadline (a response to Plaintiff's motion in limine) expiring on November 3, 2025 with no response from Defense.
