We tell ourselves we’re "too busy," but the reality is just a fragile ego trying to avoid a fumble. This 4-box exercise is a 14-year-old habit that drags your excuses into the light. Most agents live their entire lives trapped in the "Second Box", the place where you invent horror stories about sounding rusty on the phone or getting zero views on a video. I’m walking you through why the thing you’re avoiding to protect your pride is the very thing eating your confidence alive. If you aren't calling past clients or firing that unproductive staff member, you aren't being "safe", you’re being expensive. The worst-case scenario is almost always survivable; your imagination is just a much better writer than reality.
