Episode 877: Releasing Records to the Public Appears to Have Ceased, Here's Why (Opinion)

In Episode 877, we provide pure opinions, comments, speculations and ask rhetorical questions in the form of updates regarding a (still) unreleased public record filed by the State of Idaho back on November 25, 2025 and a (still) unruled-upon Oct. 16, 2025 order concerning the possible unsealing of documents under seal from January, February and March 2025 in the high profile (closed) criminal case of Idaho v. Kohberger.
