Episode 879: The Docket and Case Summary Page Have Been Updated
from Kathy's InDieZoNe · host Kathy DiTondo
In Episode 879, we provide pure opinions, comments, speculations and ask rhetorical questions in the form of an update that after more than a month, a public record that was dated November 25, 2025 was released to the public, represented the first time since November 13, 2025 that anything new was published on the docket in Idaho v. Kohberger. We also note some new items noted on the Case Summary Page which was also updated today, the first time since November 26, 2025, to include a December 18, 2025 order (not yet appearing on the public record) regarding Judge Hippler's decision as to sealed documents from January-March 2025 and whether they will be released to the public, released with redactions or will still maintain their sealed status. Everything here represents the pure opinion, commentary, speculation and rhetorical questions per the First Amendment to the United States Constitution which states:Amendment ICongress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances. It is codified within Section 107 of the U.S. Copyright Act, which provides that fair use of a work “for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use, scholarship, or research)” is not an infringement of copyright. #Idaho4 (https://www.youtube.com/hashtag/idaho4) (https://www.youtube.com/hashtag/idaho...
