Episode 889: All Eyes on the Docket RE: Transparency in the Sealed, Closed Case

In Episode 889, we provide pure opinions, and comments, concerning the Court's decision to unseal several dozen documents sealed from the public since Jan/Feb/March 2025 in the high profile criminal case of Idaho v. Kohberger also known as the #Idaho4 case. The rhetorical question is proffered regarding the more than two dozen documents the Court overruled objections to their unsealing or unsealing with redactions one or both of the parties proffered by asking is this a step in the direction of transparency?
