Episode 890: 67 Days...and Counting (First Amendment)

In Episode 890, we provide pure opinions, and comments, concerning the Court's decision to unseal several dozen documents sealed from the public since Jan/Feb/March 2025 in the high profile criminal case of Idaho v. Kohberger also known as the #Idaho4 case. Although the Court ordered several dozen sealed documents to be unsealed on December 18, 2025, none have appeared on the docket as of this time and process concerning the potential unsealing of documents from the end of 2024 has not yet commenced.
