Episode 894: Will Dozens of Documents Ordered to Be Unsealed Dec. 18 Be Unsealed? (Opinion)

In Episode 894, we provide pure opinions, and comments, concerning the Court's decision to unseal several dozen documents sealed from the public since Jan/Feb/March 2025 in the high profile criminal case of Idaho v. Kohberger also known as the #Idaho4 case regarding an order entered back on December 18, 2025 where the court found no further justification to continue sealing documents from this time period. The rhetorical First Amendment question is proffered if today December 26, 2025 will be the day when these documents will be unsealed. We also cite to and discuss the First Amendment to the United States Constitution and Case Law of the United States Supreme Court explaining the important role the people play as gatekeepers in trials such as Idaho v.
