Episode 896: Evidence, The Difference Between the 3rd vs. 1st-2nd Orders to Unseal

In Episode 896, we provide pure opinions, comments, and speculation concerning the high profile criminal case of Idaho v. Kohberger regarding the many documents that were under seal during the more than 2.5 years that the case was active and what appears to be a long process in unsealing the many documents withheld from the public while the case was active, as it was from Dec. 29, 2022 through July 2025. We note that the December 18, 2025 3rd Order directing the unsealing of dozens of documents has not been released to the public and the difference between the current order to unseal vs. the 1st & 2nd orders is that much of the state's evidence was at issue in the Jan-March 2025 (under seal) documents at issue in the 3rd Court Order.
