In Episode 899, we provide pure opinions, comments, and speculation concerning the high profile criminal case of Idaho v. Kohberger where many documents including key evidence was sealed from the public during the 2.5 years the case was active. We note that while Judge Steven J. Hippler ordered multiple documents including those regarding evidence to be unsealed back on December 18, 2025, they still remain sealed to the public as of this morning, December 30, 2025. We point out that the last filing that December 18, 2025 Order to Unseal was filed on the docket at 10:08 pm at night. Yet not a single document set forth in that order to be unsealed nearly two weeks ago has been unsealed as of yet.
