In this weeks episode we're checking in with our goals for 2024.Remember those resolutions that you set at the beginning of the year? How are you doing with them?We're at the end of February already, which means we're 1/6 of the way through 2024! That's 17% of the year.So, are you 17% closer to those goals you set?If you're not, it's probably because of 2 reasons.1. The program you're following isn't right for you. (less common)2. You haven't changed your habits. (most likely)You're still falling back into your old habits and justifying them with the same reasons.I can't workout because I'm too tired from work.I can't get to the gym so I won't do anything.I don't have food prepped so I'm going to pick up a big burrito on the way home.It's time to change that!One of the best ways to do that is with a defined end program. A program with a set end date. That way you can concentrate on that stretch of time to build habits, stay focused, and start to get the results you want.On Monday March 4th we have a 21 Day Clean Eating Challenge starting.
