Episode 9: Free yourself of envy

Envy is something that can entirely consume you, and is unfortunately something that we experience from a very young age. In this episode, I talk about why envious emotions attack us so early on, what this can look like, and how it can negatively effect you if you don't overcome it. I've written down 6 steps that have changed my life and helped me overcome envy, and talk about how beautiful life is when in the absense of envious emotions.
