Episode 90: OK No Matter What with Allan Flood

Allan Flood met Sydney Banks in the early 1970's and the understanding that he gained proved to be invaluable as he received a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis and continues to navigate the ups and downs of life. What really strikes me every time I hear Allan speak or read his writing is his absolutely rock solid knowing of being, in his words, "OK, no matter what".
