In Episode 908, we provide pure opinions, comments, and speculation concerning the high profile criminal case of Idaho v. Kohberger concerning a court order rendered October 16, 2025 regarding the prospective unsealing of key sealed documents from the first quarter of 2025 including all sealed evidence accompanying the in limine briefings . As of this date, as Americans prepare to file their federal income taxes due April 15, 2026 almost a half year since this high profile case paid for in part by federal tax dollars was closed, it still remains largely under seal.
