Charlene is almost a lifelong New Yorker having arrived here from the Philippines when she was 5 years old. Her path took her to the French culinary institute and then she put in some serious time in NYC kitchens working alongside some tremendously talented chefs like Terrance Brennan at Picholine, April Bloomfield at the Breslin and Christina Lecki at Reynards.
