He worked at many of New York City’s most popular restaurants, like Carbone, The Grill and Babbo. Adam's writing has appeared in Eater, Bon Appétit, Food & Wine, New York Magazine and others. His upcoming book, “The New Rules of Dining Out: An Insider’s Guide to Enjoying Restaurants,” is scheduled for release this fall on Sept. 19, 2025.
