Spirit is the Divine loving life force energy that inhabits this human body. The human body being the vehicle for our spirit for us to be able to live this life on this planet. But we tend to want to pick one or the other. There's too much pain associated with the human side and for most it's about survival - masculine energy. The spirit side is of the feminine energy - loving, kind, compassionate.
