Episode 99 - “Expect nothing more”

In this episode, I share how in a meeting with my accountability partner recently, his suggestion to me was to expect nothing more from others. After Christmas 2020, my resentments were high following having to spend time with my siblings and a ton of family. Why? Why was I so disturbed by these folks. It was because I had expectations of different endings. Having expectations are resentments under construction. If I expect nothing more from others, then my serenity will stay high.
