Episode No. 58 The “Get To Do” List

Have you ever looked at your to-do list and thought "Ugh I HATE that I have to do all of this ish"? Yeah me too! I love my business but I hate all the administrative tasks that come with it. The emails, the meetings, the pitching-- it all drives me CRAZY. Why? Well because it's boring, tedious and totally unsexy. I'd much rather be doing a photoshoot or writing up some amazing content. But emails? Eww! No!Well, a few months ago I was listening to my good friend, Taylor Elyse Morrison's podcast, Be School and she talked about turning her dreaded to-do list into a "Get To Do" list. Instead of resenting all of the work she has to do on the daily, she looks at her tasks and says "I am so grateful I get to do this stuff". Mind blown! 🤯Yeah yeah yeah emailing can be boring. But I am so blessed to be able to send them for a business that I once dreamed of having and prayed to God that I could create. Her "get to do" list has changed the game for me.
