Episode No. 74 Pressing Pause

 Y'all I am taking the month of December off. I was going to try to keep creating new content on the blog + podcast but it just ain't happening captain. Ya girl is burned out! 🥴 I decided to take the month of December off to try a little easier. I'm over the grind. I want to use this next month to do to the work but with way more ease + gentleness for myself. So no more waking up at 3:30 am to finish edits, or skipping lunch to finish a newsletter. Nope, I'm going to put some boundaries in place with my business so that I can take better care of myself. So what does that mean? Welp, it means that today is the final episode of the #SJSPodcast of 2019.
