In all my years of seeking, and receiving mental health support: ain’t nobody asking me how often I hit the sauna, or even recommending it. Yet it has helped more (with tension, TMJ, clearing my mind, improving my mood, appetite issues, arthritis) than anything else. Accompanied by an unexpected parallel between three of my personal super heroes:Dr. Christiane Northrup,Michael Jackson,and Kanye West… hear me out! also: Amanda and I were ON that plastic couch, watching weird al yancovik's "new world order," (!!) "riding dirty," and "Amish paradise." please note that the theories and ideas presented here are organic, and derived of my own volition. it isn't just that "nobody paid me to say this," consider the fact that they might genuinely offer me money NOT to say this shit...
