親愛的阿爸天父，我們把那些什麼都想獨自硬撐的人交在祢手中。有些人真的很努力。很負責、很習慣把一切都放在自己肩上。主啊，如詩篇 131章 1-3節所說：「重大和測不透的事，我也不敢行。我的心平穩安靜，好像斷過奶的孩子在他母親的懷中。」求祢讓他們的心，慢慢安靜下來。不是因為環境變簡單，而是因為知道不是所有事都需要他們掌控。讓他們在祢面前，可以學會放手，不表現，不證明，不硬撐。願此刻的放鬆，不是退縮，而是讓他們成為更穩定能承擔更大責任的自己。以上禱告是奉主耶穌基督的名求，阿們。
