Um unsere Psyche gesund zu erhalten braucht diese Unterstützung von uns. Und zwar in Form einer Bestätigung, dass alles in Ordnung ist. Meist sehen wir nur unsere Probleme, Schwierigkeiten, unseren Stress… und übersehen dabei völlig, dass es auch Lebenssituationen gibt, in denen es uns wirklich gut geht und alles in Ordnung ist. Vor allem im Alltag fokussieren wir uns viel zu sehr auf die negativen Dinge des Lebens. Es wäre daher sehr wertvoll, einmal am Tag ganz bewusst ruhig zu werden, in die Stille zu gehen und zu sich selbst zu sagen: “Es geht mir wirklich gut. Es ist alles in Ordnung.” Wir tragen eine bestimmte Trägerfrequenz in uns und diese lautet “Alles in Ordnung”. Wenn wir uns allerdings mit Problemen herumschlagen oder in stressige Situationen kommen, dann befinden wir uns außerhalb dieser Frequenz. Wir weichen von unserem Grundprogramm ab. Wiederholen wir diese Abweichungen regelmäßig, dann entfernen wir uns immer weiter von unserem eigentlichen Lebensweg bis der Weg in irgendeinem Desaster endet. Wenn wir jedoch einmal am Tag ganz bewusst hergehen und “Stop” sagen, “Es geht mir wirklich gut. Es ist alles in Ordnung.”, dann kehren wir immer wieder zurück zu unserer Trägerfrequenz und auf unseren eigentlichen Lebensweg. Nehmen Sie sich die Zeit und geben Sie Ihrer Psyche die Chance, zu erkennen, dass es Ihnen wirklich gut geht! Es lohnt sich!
