Eric is an expert in customer service and plays a crucial role in connecting families with the clinical process at Burning Tree Ranch. He introduces families to the support, education, and resources available throughout their loved one's treatment journey. As an alumnus with a personal recovery story, Eric travels across the United States, sharing his experiences and helping families connect with a wide network of dedicated professionals who are committed to improving lives. In addition to his work, Eric is an avid aircraft enthusiast and aviator. Since achieving sobriety in 2005, he has found joy in pursuing his passion for aviation. Eric and his fiancé are proud residents of Austin, TX.
