Die Kirche ist im Umbruch. Wieder einmal. Gegenwärtig erscheint sie, die doch ein Feldlazarett für die Menschen sein, selbst heilungsbedürftig. Wie zu allen Zeiten wird es der Kirche gut tun, wenn sie sich an das Fundament erinnert, auf dem sie gegründet ist: Das Wort Gottes. Und wie zu allen Zeiten muss und kann man sie nicht neubauen – wohl aber besteht die Pflicht, sie mit Bedacht, den richtigen Werkzeugen und gutem Baumaterial weiterzubauen. Nur so kann der bedenkliche Ist-Zustand wieder dem verheißenen Soll-Zustand angenähert werden.
