from The Confidence Chronicles

My love, I am so happy to share this episode with you. Andrea is one of my gorgeous clients in the Online Sistahood and she has a remarkable story that resonates with so many women around the world. Her bravery and her ability to gain strength from one of the hardest, scariest things she has had to do. When Andrea joined the Sistahood (just 4 months ago from this episode going live) she was a totally different person. I am so proud of who she has become and the important work she’s doing in the world. Enjoy this, I know you will gain so much from her incredible storyx E. Hello! I’m Andrea…a compassionate, intuitive, nurturing, creative, manifesting, and warrior woman who is continuously learning and growing. I love Mexican food, naps, dancing, coffee, family, travelling and hiking. I’m a USAF Veteran who served in South Korea, Germany, Afghanistan, and throughout the U.S. After birthing my two children, I grew a passion for childbirth. I have been learning to go with the flow in the beautiful mess of life and parenthood for seven years. I became a DONA International trained birth doula in 2018 and currently immersing myself into Dynamo Doula content to truly show up for YOU. I spent my first year as a doula supporting families in Valdosta, Georgia; attending births at South Georgia Medical Center and now serving birthing families in El Paso, Texas. Together we have a chance to change the way birth stories are being told. I want you to be able to envision how to birth not just your child, but yourself.Connect with her here:Instagram : @essentialsforbirth https://www.essentialsforbirth.com/👑 Want to request a podcast?
