Escaping Perfectionism

from Highly Sensitive and Strong · host Daphnie Leigh

The idea of perfectionism is usually created during our childhoods. Growing up we rarely have the emotional or mental capacity to process the whats or whys, so we do what we do best as humans to make sense of it all… we tell ourselves stories. In this episode we talk about how to begin to unlearn these stories we were told about ourselves and continue to replay in our minds long after we’ve transitioned into adulthood. And I share 5 of my favorite affirmations to help shift your mindset from perfectionism to contentment.
