Espero se encuentren asombroso, quise realizar este videovlog, ya que me prometí intentar grabar lo que pudiera de mis días cotidianos para compartir sellos por esta plataforma, en estos últimos meses he asistido más al gimnasio y por eso quise compartirles mi rutina y que me acompañen en este video. I decided to make this vlog because I promised myself I’d try to record as much of my daily life as possible to share with you all on this platform. Over the past few months, I’ve been going to the gym more often, so I wanted to share my routine with you and invite you to join me in this video. 1er ejercicio: prensa de piernas Me gusta hacer 4 series con 12 repeticiones alternando la posición de los pies, este ejercicio es típico para mí haciendo pierna, la prensa en los últimos meses se ha vuelto mi mejor amiga. Exercise 1: Leg press I like to do 4 sets of 12 reps, alternating my foot position; this exercise is a staple of my leg routine, and the leg press has become my best friend over the past few months. 2do ejercicio: Extensión de cuadriceps Igualmente la misma cantidad de series y repeticiones, he de admitir que en este ejercicio siento que sufro bastante pero a un nivel controlado en el peso, eso es lo importante tampoco sobre exigirse porque nos podemos lesionar. Exercise 2: Quadriceps Extension Even though I'm doing the same number of sets and reps, I have to admit that this exercise really pushes me to my limits, but I'm keeping the weight under control—that's what matters. You shouldn't push yourself too hard, because you could get injured. 3er ejercicio: Curl femoral Depende del día hago 3 series en este ejercicio, pero sigo con la misma cantidad y realmente me ha funcionado muy bien, hasta en este ejercicio diría yo, que es donde puedo llegar a cargar más peso, pero sí es uno de los que me da bastante flojera realizar. Exercise 3: Hamstring Curl Depending on the day, I do three sets of this exercise, but I stick to the same number of reps, and it’s really worked well for me—even in this exercise, I’d say, which is where I can lift the most weight, but it’s also one of the ones I’m really reluctant to do. 4to ejercicio: sentadillas En mis días de pierna me gusta rematar con pocos ejercicios de glúteos, ya que también es importante trabajarlos, por ahora me gusta hacer la misma cantidad 4 series de 12.. pero depende del peso hago menos. Exercise 4: Squats On my leg days, I like to finish up with a few glute exercises, since it’s important to work those muscles too. For now, I like to do the same number of sets—4 sets of 12—but depending on the weight, I might do fewer. 5to ejercicio: Elevación de talones Es uno de los ejercicios que me dejan bastantes agallones, ya que me enteré hace poco que alternando los pies de posición se pueden trabajar diferentes partes y ahora lo hago de esa forma. Exercise 5: Heel Raises It's one of those exercises that really impresses me, since I recently found out that by switching the position of my feet, you can target different muscle groups, and now I do it that way.
