Successivamente, come general manager di EssilorLuxottica Iberia, ha guidato lo sviluppo delle professional solutions in Spagna e Portogallo, ruolo che mantiene insieme al nuovo incarico nel nostro paese: alla guida della filiale italiana Nemola conta di portare una visione orientata alla creazione di valore per il canale professionale, con un focus su innovazione, eccellenza esecutiva e partnership di lungo periodo con ottici e professionisti della vista e della visione.Nemola subentra a Rossana Loperfido (nella foto, a destra) che, dopo 9 anni alla guida del mercato wholesale Italia, assume un incarico a livello globale come brand general manager-senior vice president di Transitions. Dall’headquarter di Parigi, Loperfido guiderà la strategia globale del marchio di lenti intelligenti alla luce, con l'intenzione di sviluppare ulteriormente la categoria: l'obiettivo è aumentare la penetrazione del brand in tutte le geografie e nei diversi canali.
