ETHERFAX and DirectTrust Guiding Security Standards for Cloud Fax Providers

At the recent DirectTrust conference, Ken Romo, Global Director at ETHERFAX, shares with us that they are not just a fax company: He describes them as a cloud Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) company offering a “secure exchange network” that also includes fax. Romo is highly concerned with interoperability and sees DirectTrust as a way to form a "federation" with their competitors to ensure easy document exchange. This is why ETHERFAX has joined with a variety of other cloud fax providers and health data exchange vendors as part of the DirectTrust Interoperable Secure Cloud Fax standards body.
