Die EU-Richtlinie zum Schutz von Whistleblowern ist am 16.12.2019 Inkrafttreten. Die Mitgliedstaaten haben nun zwei Jahre Zeit, um die Vorschrift in nationales Recht umzusetzen. Wie schnell diese Umsetzungsfrist abläuft, haben wir alle bei der DSGVO kennengelernt… Nutzen wir also die Chance und setzen uns dieses Mal rechtzeitig mit den uns bekannten Anforderungen der EU-Richtlinie auseinander und betrachten das eigene Hinweisgebersystem und die entsprechenden Prozesse.
