Atlantic Dub aka Pálmester: "Borsodi betyárként szerencsére nagyon korán megismerkedtem az underground zenékkel, először 1996-ban voltam acid buliban. Első körben az acid/goatrance es a deep techno, dub techno fogott meg, 1998 óta szenvedélyesen gyűjtöm a zenéket. 2001-től vagyok lemezlovász. Sokáig gyűjtöttem bakeliteket is, amiktől pár éve megváltam. Eredeti szakmám villamosmérnök, de utána nem sokkal elvégeztem a hangmérnöki iskolát is. Szenvedélyesen szeretem a hangtechnikai kütyüket, keverőket, erősítőket, hangfalakat, szoktam ezeket javítani és építeni is. DJ-ként sok helyen zenéltem, főként mikor még Budapesten éltem. 2013-tól Tenerifén élek és itt viszem tovább az underground kultúrát, általában kéthetente csinálunk itt valamiféle bulit. Sokszor a chill out stage összerakásában, managelésében tevékenykedem a mai napig, ahol természetesen helyet kap a dubtechno is. Ez a mix a privát kis titkos helyemen lett rögzítve, az elmúlt két évben nem igazán lehettek nagyobb bulik - sőt inkább semmilyenek sem errefelé." I first got hooked on acid/goatrance and deep techno, dub techno, and since 1998 I've been passionately collecting music. I also collected vinyl for a long time, which I got rid of a few years ago. My original profession was electrical engineering, but soon after that I graduated from sound engineering school. I'm passionate about audio engineering gadgets, mixers, amplifiers, speakers, and I repair and build them. As a DJ I played in many places, especially when I was living in Budapest. Since 2013 I'm living in Tenerife and I'm continuing the underground culture here, usually every two weeks we do some kind of party here. A lot of the time I'm still involved in putting together and managing the chill out stage, where of course dub techno is also part of it. This mix was recorded in my private little secret place, there haven't really been any big parties - or any parties for that matter - around here for the last two years."
