Evaluating Blended Online Courses

Julia Kaufman is a policy researcher at the RAND Corporation and Sarah Ryan is a researcher in the Research, Evaluation and Policy unit at the Education Development Center. Co-authors on this research article also include Joel Greenhouse, Ruicong She and Judy Shi.
