So I wanted to talk to you guys about the codependency part of what it is like when you leave a narcissist and you basically have to go cold turkey on your codependency it’s as if you’re going through withdrawals from the thing that you were addicted to because they forced you to become an addict. This is my raw, real and emotional story. I hope that it finds its way into your guys hearts, and it helps in someway. My only hope with this podcast is to help even one person and so I hope that this finds its way to you and it makes sense. I love you all so much.
