Evening — April 10 — 2 Timothy 3:12

Indeed, all who desire to live godly lives in Christ Jesus will be persecuted, — 2 Timothy 3:12Persecution is the predictable result of belonging to Christ in a world that is hostile to God. Christ chose you out of the world, and that choosing is why the world hates you. To love the world is to become God's enemy, so the world's friendship can never coexist with the Father's love. Because Jesus has already overcome the world, suffering for His name is never defeat.
