Evening — April 28 — Psalm 71:14

But I will always hope and will praise You more and more. — Psalm 71:14God's tender grip on our lives is the reason our hope can outlast every trial and our praise can grow louder with age. The path of the righteous is a dawn that brightens by God's design, not by our own determination. Jesus has already taken hold of us, so our pressing on is a response to His saving work, not a bid for it. Each renewed thank offering now becomes a foretaste of the endless, holy praise that awaits us in Zion.
