They came to Philip, who was from Bethsaida in Galilee, and requested of him, “Sir, we want to see Jesus.” — John 12:21We would see Jesus — that's the cry of every true believer, and here's the beautiful truth: he's already near, he won't leave you orphaned, and he's with you always. But there's more to come. Right now you see through a glass darkly; one day it'll be face to face, and when you see him as he is, you'll be like him. That hope purifies you. Keep looking to Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith.
