“Watch and pray so that you will not enter into temptation. For the spirit is willing, but the body is weak.” — Matthew 26:41"the spirit is willing, but the body is weak. Even the disciples couldn't stay awake one hour. Paul describes this battle vividly — the flesh and spirit are in constant conflict. The answer isn't more resolve but more grace: "i can do all things through him who strengthens me", and his power is made perfect in weakness.
