Evening — February 22 — Proverbs 3:24

When you lie down, you will not be afraid; when you rest, your sleep will be sweet. — Proverbs 3:24God's promise to His beloved is rest that fear cannot touch. The peace that passes understanding comes through prayer and thanksgiving, not through calm circumstances. Jesus slept through the storm because He trusted the Father's sovereign care, and that same care guards your sleep tonight.
