Evening — June 2 — Psalm 16:5

from Christ Himself - A Daily Devotional · host Christ Himself Devotional

The LORD is my chosen portion and my cup; You have made my lot secure. — Psalm 16:5David declares the Lord is his portion—his inheritance, his cup, his all. Like the Levites who received no land, believers receive God Himself as their inheritance. Since God is your portion, you cannot lose Him, even when everything else is stripped away. This truth calls you to find your security and sufficiency in Christ alone.
