Evening — March 20 — Genesis 6:9

This is the account of Noah. Noah was a righteous man, blameless in his generation; Noah walked with God. — Genesis 6:9Righteousness before God is a gift of grace received through faith. Noah's blameless walk flowed from that gift, and his altar pointed to the one sacrifice of Christ offered once in history. God planned that redemption from eternity, and believers rest in Christ's finished work for their full acceptance before God.
