Evening — May 12 — Psalm 69:20

Insults have broken my heart, and I am in despair. I looked for sympathy, but there was none, for comforters, but I found no one. — Psalm 69:20Here is the cry of Christ, who was despised and rejected of men. They called Him a glutton, a drunkard, a friend of sinners; they said He cast out demons by Beelzebub. He was numbered with the transgressors and bore our shame. If you are suffering reproach for His sake, you are sharing in His fellowship—and the Spirit of glory rests on you.
