Evening — May 18 — John 5:26

For as the Father has life in Himself, so also He has granted the Son to have life in Himself. — John 5:26True life is a gift from the Father, given fully to the Son. Because the Son holds this life in Himself, we who are joined to Christ share in that same secure life. Our worth and meaning do not depend on human praise or position. We are already anchored in the One who is Life itself.
