He spread a cloud as a covering and a fire to light up the night. — Psalm 105:39The very same God who led Israel through the wilderness covers you today. He is a shade by day and a light by night—not because you deserve it, but because He is a Father who pities His children. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever; the cloud of His presence has not lifted. Whatever wilderness you are walking through, the pillar is still there.
