Evening — November 11 — 1 Corinthians 6:11

And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God. — 1 Corinthians 6:11Three words in that change everything: washed, sanctified, justified. Not by anything you did—'such were some of you.' but you were washed in the blood of the lamb, sanctified by the spirit through the word, and justified freely by his grace. It's a complete work. There's no condemnation for those in Christ Jesus. The filthy sinner is washed clean. The unholy is set apart. The guilty is declared righteous. All because of him.
