Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will in all things grow up into Christ Himself, who is the head. — Ephesians 4:15Growth isn't an option—it's the mark of a living thing. Paul calls us to grow up in every way into Christ, who is the head of the body, speaking the truth in love so we're not tossed around by every wind of doctrine. Maturity happens as each part does its work, building the body up in love. It's Christ-centered growth, not self-improvement.
