Every day challenge learn how to except

from Shattered but Unbroken · host Anousone

In the last episode, I shared how disappointed, sad, and stressed I feltbecause of challenges at work. Living and working with vision loss isnot easy. Some days are good, but some days are very difficult. I oftenfeel like I have no choice but to keep going, even when the work becomesstressful and painful.Because I cannot see, many things at work are more challenging.Sometimes I make mistakes, and sometimes people are not happy. On thosedays, I feel frustrated and discouraged. But I remind myself that everyday is also a chance to learn something new.Work teaches me how to deal with different situations and differentpeople. There can be drama, misunderstandings, and stress, but I try mybest to avoid conflict and stay focused on doing my job. Avoiding dramais not always easy, but it is important for my peace of mind.Even on the hardest days, I try to be grateful. I am thankful to have ajob, to have income, and to be able to support and take care of myself. My goal is to do my best and not create more work or problems forothers. This journey is not perfect, but it is real life. Every day I continuelearning, growing stronger, and finding ways to move forward.
