Show Up to Go Up. Ep 51 Everything is Neutral Everything in life is neutral. It is not good nor bad. We are the ones who decide. Shakespeare said "there is nothing either good or bad but thinking makes it so." I first heard this concept when it came to money. Why is it that some people view money as a good thing and others view it as a bad thing? Money is neither good nor bad. It is whatever you decide it to be. The same is true with fear. Both fear and excitement manifest in the body as the same symptoms - rapid heartbeat, dry throat, butterflies in stomach. Change your perception on fear and think of it as an opportunity to find joy and excitement.
