I have been in this fitness industry going on almost 20 years now and have seen MANY trends come and go and I am asked on a weekly basis on almost all of them. Adam, will KB's help me with Fat Loss? I had the opportunity to sit down with Dr Tanya Cates, who is a fellow exercise physiologist and someone that I very much look up to and respect in this space and I was very honoured that she could come onto my show to talk about a topic she is VERY well versed in.
